Shrimp Stir Fry

I love stir fry, maybe more than I should. But it consists almost entirely of vegetables so I see no reason to not eat it on a regular basis. Especially since I never seem to get sick of it.
Shrimp stir fry with general tso sauce over rice. 
Normally I would put tofu in but Josh doesn't it very much so I've been using shrimp because we both really like shrimp. It's hard not to toss the whole bag in. I also figure this is a much healthier alternative to some of the things we've been eating.

Also if you care how I made it here's the recipe.

Stir fry vegetables (as much as you feel like eating) and extra frozen peppers as well as some chopped onion.
Some sort of stir fry sauce. I used General Tso sauce this time (we got it at Trader Joe's) but I usually just use hot sauce... or whatever else I have lying around.
Frozen, precooked, small shrimp
Minute rice.

Throw the veggies in a frying pan and cover them with a lid so they actually cook. When they are mostly cooked throw your sauce of choice in. Let it cook some more. Make your rice. When it's almost done throw the shrimp in because you just want them to be not frozen because they are already cooked and you don't want to over cook them. Dump it all over the rice and enjoy.
